2014

We are very proud to be able to count ourselves to the star-hotels of passau since may 2014.

Not only the usual minimum requirements, but also especially our several additional offers were able to convice the jury to grant us 4 stars. We already wish our guests a restorative stay at the Alstadt-Hotel Passau.

In april 2014, we modernized all our blankets and pillows. Experience an unforgettable sleep in the new down and feather beds. The products of Mühldorfer's from Haidmühle in the bavarian forest bring our philosophy of home bond and quality awareness to a round figure. 100% bio awaits you: not only the premium blankets, but also the feather pillows accord to the highest demands of the comfort and luxury hotel industry. (suitable for allergic persons!)

Feel like lying on clouds: all our beds were equipped with mattress toppers for an even more comfortable sleep. As a highlight, some of the rooms also have a 10 cm high 100% feather under bed.

Additionally, all rooms were provided with a free tea/coffee set and kettles.

The renovations of the public areas and the restaurant are successfully finished during the first quarter of the year. Get excited by the new flair of the Altstadt-Hotel Passau and the Wagner's Slow Food restaurant. The accomodations shine in warm, friendly colours and invite to enjoy and stay.

2013

We were able to finish our newly designed reception by the end of november.

We are happy to present you our breakfast and conference room "Donaustube" in a new ambient. (since 6th Sept. 2013)

2nd June 2013 Flood of centuries in Passau - hotel and restaurant had to remain closed. Reopening on the 14th June 2013 already.
